Gap Analysis

Most services start with a gap analysis to establish a detailed understanding of the readiness of the management system for certification.  It gives us a plan to work with.

Implementation support

Providing support to achieve certification standard. Based on the outcome of the Gap Analysis this may be varied in approach and include training, documentation structuring, help with operational controls. 

Ongoing Support

Mature systems may need additional support in maintaining the system to certification standard.  Services include internal auditing and support with operational controls

Certification support

For that extra support prior to and during your certification visits. Pre-assessment audits and help with corrective action plans.  

*Occupational Health & Safety Standards are Changing

OHSAS 18001:2007 is being replaced with the new international standard ISO 45001:2018

This new standard focuses on the individual worker, involvement, training and resources and utilises the risk based approach and framework of Annex SL.  Reduce workplace risks and make sure that everyone gets home safely with ISO 45001.

Companies with OHSAS 18001:2007 will need to migrate to the new standard by March 2021.
